Expiration: PTSRs can be used an unlimited number of times for 30 days. After 30 days, landlords can require you to renew your PTSR before they will accept it.

Mandatory: Most landlords cannot refuse to accept a PTSR that is less than 30 days old. If they do, there are penalties, including monetary damages owed to you. See C.R.S. § 38-12-905 for details.
